Building pads and site prep
Cut, fill and compact to the elevation the plan calls for. If the plan and the ground disagree — and on this terrain they sometimes do — we'll say so before the concrete truck is scheduled rather than after.
Driveways
New gravel drives, reworking a drive that's rutted or washing out, and the culvert and ditch work that keeps it from doing it again. A drive that fails is almost always a drainage problem wearing a gravel costume.
Yard grading
Reshaping ground that holds water, smoothing out a yard left rough by a builder, and finish grading with seed and straw so it comes back green.
