When it's the line, not the drain

A plumber can clear a clog. When the line itself has failed — crushed by roots, separated at a joint, or bellied so it holds water — the fix is excavation, and that's our end of the trade.

What we do

Locate the line and find the failure. Open the trench. Replace the run. Backfill properly so the ground doesn't settle into a ditch across your yard next spring.

That last part is where corners get cut, and it's the part you'll notice for years afterward.
